摘要

Samples of planar light-emitting heterostructures based on thin films of polyfluorine PFD and europium carbacylamidophosphate complexes blends (ITO/PEDOT:PSS/PFD/Ca+Al and ITO/PEDOT:PSS/PFD+Complex/Al+Ca; Complex = EuWi3Phen or EuWi3KM) have been prepered. The obtained films were characterized by means of atomic force microscopy and fluorescence spectroscopy. The electric response of the devices wasevaluated based on the I-V characteristics.
