摘要

The Meteo-Oceanographic automatic station was set with one minute measurement interval. A special algorithm in form of a database procedure is developed. It has input of real-time measured wind and sea currents. The purpose is to sets and unsets an alarm. The alarm is supposed to temporally stops construction works. Alarms are visible on a special web page, and notified with automatic e-mail messages.
