Adopted a depth average two dimension non-invariablenes current numerical matrix, flow characteristics and permanganate index (CODMn) concentration field of Chuanweichang contamination zone around discharge outlet after water storage at water level of 156m have been simulated. Furthermore, Contamination zone around discharge outlet distribution figure were drew using TECPLOT software. Particularly, characteristic analysis close tied to forecast results. It indicated as below, river way broaden and water depths increase nearby the discharge outlet, velocity of flow which was 1.5 meter per second by nature precipitate into 0.3 meter per second. A distinct backwater area which bring on pollutant localizing durative is ill affected towards river way landform nearby and upriver the discharge outlet. In conclusion, the water environment capability nearby the discharge outlet diminish rapidness than natively status. All drain pattern of dispose up to par, non-dispose and contaminated accident will still come into being exceedable background and water quality standard contamination zone. But it still answered water area function needs in dispose up to par drainage due to situated Changshou development use area.
