摘要

In industrial and commercial power systems the role of petroleum and chemical industry is ever increasing. To face the energy crisis from fossil fuels, to overcome the constraints of alternative renewable energy sources like Solar and Wind, to minimize the costs from high end power systems like Hydro, Thermal and Nuclear etc., and also to deal with the issues like maintenance of high power devices such as transformers which can cost into billions of dollars, a new method is hereby proposed which enables generating the power locally using water as the prime source with the remote centralized internet protocol control for ownership, monitoring and metering contrary to the present centralized power generation and handling through transmission and distribution network. This paper focuses on method which involves exploiting the liquid nature properties of water and treating with electrodynamics, blending with petro chemicals to maximize the efficiency of fuels for local power generation.
