In this paper, the design and implementation of a 3rnkW, three-phase, two-channel interleaved Vienna rectifier withrngreater than 99% efficiency is presented. The operationrnprinciple of an interleaved Vienna rectifier is introduced, withrnparticular attention paid to the circulating current generated byrninterleaving operation. The design procedure for achievingrnmaximum efficiency is described. Methods for loss calculationrnand hardware implementation involved in the optimizationrnprocedure are introduced. Finally, a prototype of the proposedrnconverter is constructed, which achieves 99.08% efficiency atrnnominal load.
