摘要

The risk management in market promotion project of Battery electric vehicle(BEV)is researched in the paper.According to the complexity and comprehensive of the BEV system,different methods have been used in this article,such as building model in reasonable,effective and scientific investment project risk evaluation and index system.analyzing the project required in focus range,and providing decision basis on the investment.All these methods make investment project risk evaluation and index system of BEV project more directional and pertinence.
