Evaluation of Urban Disaster Prevention and Mitigation Facilities Layout

摘要

With the rapid advance of China's urbanization process,the development and expansion of the city is becoming more and more rapidly,while emergency needs in the city are also constantly changing.On one hand,the rapid development of the city arises new demand for emergency services,the original urban disaster prevention and mitigation facilities are difficult to effectively cover all the area; on the other hand,the current disaster prevention and mitigation facilities layout is no longer suitable because of the reformation of the old city.Therefore,there has an urgent need to evaluate and adjust the original layout.This paper constructs the evaluation index system and establishes evaluation model of urban disaster prevention and mitigation facilities based on the in-depth analysis of related factors,which providing a standard measure for urban disaster prevention and mitigation facilities and resource adjustments.
