摘要

With the rapid development of Chinese economy in recent years, the consumption of energy increases greatly. Building energy consumption accounts for a large part of the total consumption. Building energy conservation is an essential and urgent measure to build the conservation-oriented society. In order to obtain the dynamic information of the building energy consumption efficiently and accurately, a real-time building energy visualization platform designed in the mixed model of browser-server (B/S) and client-server (C/S) was developed. The realization of data transmission, the development of database, and the design of interactive platform are introduced in detail in this paper. This system is designed for multi-level users which can assign dynamically limits of authority based on roles. The platform could show the real-time relevant data of measurement nodes anytime and anywhere to the authorized users through internet, and the data is shown in the form of tables and charts. In addition, the energy consumption of each unit would be preliminarily analyzed, and then alarm information and energy-saving recommendations would be sent to the managers and users through the web services. For the system managers, nodes configuring and permission assigning can be easily accomplished by desktop client.
