摘要

The methodology of optimization of sealing device according to the criteria of contact interaction has been presented. The influence of viscoelasticity of polytetrafluoroethylene-based nanocomposites on the contact parameters and stress-strained state of sealing element has been studied using finite element modelling. It is established that a relaxation of tension in a sealing element caused by nanocomposite viscoelasticity leads to decrease in values of criteria, to decrease in the principal stress and to increase in Von Mises stress. Defined seal design which is optimal from point of view of tightness stability of seal device.
