With the outbreak of economic crisis, the operational risk management processes and technology of the current domestic banking is becoming more and more important. We proposed ARMS: an advanced operational risk management system for commercial banks. The main research area of this system is adopting the advanced measurement approaches to effectively control and measure the operational risk regulated in Basel Capital Accord II, thus offering banks to managing operational risks better. Using the Eclipse framework, our system is intuitionistic and user friendly.
