Analysis of Energy Consumption by the Full Lifecycle of Residence Renovation in Zhuzhuang Village of Beijing Daxing District

摘要

The assessment model based on the full lifecycle theory aims at assessing building energy consumption in a more comprehensive and profound sense and is of theoretical significance to tapping energy efficiency potential and establishing the energy efficiency standard.This paper analyzes the renovation project for energy efficiency of residences in Zhuzhuang Village,Changziying Township,Daxing District,Beijing on the basis of the full lifecycle analysis method and establishes an assessment model for energy efficiency of rural residences in the north throughout the full lifecycle in order to make a quantitative analysis of energy consumption at different stages of the full lifecycle and assess the buildings’ energy efficiency.
