PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an energy consumption analysis device capable of discovering which spot of a plurality of spots in a prescribed region where energy is consumed should be subject to energy consumption reduction to reduce effectively energy consumption in the whole region.;SOLUTION: A energy consumption analysis device comprises: an acquisition unit which acquires consumption energy information that indicates energy consumed in a plurality of spots in a prescribed region, time information that indicates a time zone in which the energy is consumed, and identification information that identifies the spots where the energy is consumed; a calculation unit which, based on the consumption energy information, the time information, and the identification information obtained by the acquisition unit, calculates values obtained from energy consumed in each spot according to the plurality of the spots when total energy consumed in the whole region reaches a predetermined value or more as well as when the total energy in the whole region falls below the predetermined value; and an output unit which outputs a calculation result produced by the calculation unit.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
