摘要

Based on the shortcomings of traditional cooling system,so we created a variable cooling system,because traditional cooling system cannot meet the diesel engine with changing operation conditions.First,we researched the influence of starting time of diesel engine at warm-up condition with different cooling temperature; Second,we researched the influence of combustion characteristics of the diesel engine with different cooling temperature; Third,we compared the diesel economy and emissions using these two cooling system; At last,we researched the different cooling capacity with different cooling system using temperature in cylinder head.The results showed that using the variable cooling system,greatly reducing cold start time,having a significant impact of combustion,we get a better energy saving and emission reducing effect and the new cooling system can ensured temperature minor changes of cooling liquid in cylinder head to prevent it overheated.
