摘要

Based on the mathematical model of the photovoltaic cells,photovoltaic cell model is established in the matlab simulation environment and the output characteristic curves of the photovoltaic cells under different light intensity and temperature are studied.Due to the shortcomings of the traditional “perturbation and observation” (P&O) method in tracking accuracy and response speed,an improved P&O method based on the Cuk circuit is proposed,by changing the step size to get a high response speed and steady-state tracking accuracy.The simulation results show that the proposed method can effectively improve the tracking speed and accuracy simultaneously.
