摘要

The random fluctuation of wind power output will cause the voltage fluctuant randomly in the distribution network with wind power integration.However,there is not a perfect evaluation index and method for its comprehensive evaluation at present.In view of this condition,this article focuses on the overall and the partial two aspects of the voltage fluctuation and constructs three voltage uncertainty evaluation indexes including voltage distribution index,skewness index and retention index.These proposed indexes can well reflect the random distribution of the voltage in distribution network with wind power integration.Combining the proposed indexes,the evaluation method and process of the voltage uncertainty in the distribution network with wind power integration based on Monte Carlo sampling is researched in this paper.The IEEE 36-bus system is taken as example to verify the effectiveness of these proposed indexes and methods.The proposed indexes in this paper would provide reference for analysis effects on the power grid voltage by wind power.
