According to the characteristics of oxygen-enriched ceramic roller kiln temperature and pressure control system, a new decoupling control method has been proposed. Firstly, the oxygen-enriched ceramic roller kiln control system is divided into two loops, which are temperature control loop and pressure control loop. The difference between the real temperature or pressure and the set-point temperature or pressure of the ceramic roller kiln is set as a feedback signal for each control loop. Secondly, the decoupling model is established and the coupling coefficients of temperature on pressure and pressure on temperature were calculated. Finally, a kind of simple parameter tuning method for the decoupling between temperature and pressure is presented. Experimental results show that the temperature and pressure coupling coefficients can eliminate the coupling between pressure and temperature, and the method can achieve a satisfactory control of the oxygen-enriched ceramic roller kiln temperature and pressure process.
