Novel reconfigurable matching network for compact multi-band PA

摘要

This paper proposed a new scheme for reducing the circuit element of a reconfigurable MN. A three-band MN is prototyped with FET switches based on the proposed scheme. The prototype MN matched 3 bands from 1.5 GHz to 2.0 GHz while using fewer matching elements than the conventional method. It is confirmed that the reflection characteristics are below -10 dB. The proposed scheme will contribute to simplifying the configuration of the reconfigurable MN for multi-band operation.
