Identification and Empirical Analysis of Shaanxi Industrial Cluster

摘要

The cluster-type development in China promoted the progress of economy and society, which led the effective identification of industrial cluster significant to policy-making and economy. This paper calculated Location Quotients of Shaanxi Province from 2008-2010 by using the data of Statistical Yearbook of China and Shaanxi 2009-2011. And then adopt factor analysis, researched the correlation between the industries by using the data of inputoutput table. According the results analysis, we found 10 competitive industries and 7 categories of industrial clusters in Shaanxi Province.
