摘要

A new method of preparing SiOx/LDPE nanocomposites has been investigated basing on mixing high boiling point organic silica sol and melting LDPE directly. The electrical properties of SiOx/LDPE nanocomposites such as electrical treeing and space charge have been analysed by test datum. The dispersion of the nanocomposites is characterized by scanning electronic microscope. When the amount of SiOx added is 1.5wt%, the nanocomposites with a particle diameter of 55 ∼ 96 nm can be successfully prepared by the new method. The SiOx in composite material can restrain the space charge and increase the tree initiation voltage as well as inhibit the growth of electrical trees.
