The emphasis of individuals' subjective initiate and social team behaviour in current agile service development methods facilitates pouring plenty of developing resources into efforts that predominates the developing process. The essential of agile service development also implies the improvement direction to establish more powerful agile development method to meet rapidly evolving service requirements.
