摘要

A prototype system is implemented which include the human face recognition algorithm [of combination of the wavelet transform and the Fast PCA(Fast Principal Component Analysis) is used to extract the face features ,and the SVM(Support Vector Machine) based on improved binary tree algorithm is used as a classifier are proposed. The system uses the algorithm which is improved not only in the recognition rate but also in the efficiency is compared with the other algorithm by the simulation test through the MATLAB 7.10.0(R2010a) software on the ORL face database.The experimental results is shown in section 6.
