The analysis of urban public transport and socio-economic adaptability

In the case of the widespread urban traffic congestion, how to grasp the adaptability between the urban public transport and the social economy accurately has great significance for the urban public transport and social economic development. Then it sets up evaluation index system from the urban public transport and socio-economic initial preliminary, and screen these indicators using the weights determine and the correlation coefficient method separately, finally identify the evaluation index system of the adaptation between urban public transport and socio-economic. Then use the C2GS2 model in Data Envelopment Analysis to finish the comprehensive evaluation. Use the “effective degree of synergy” as a measure of adaptability, and further divide the degree of adaptability, and detail the different degree of adaptability. Through the comprehensive evaluation, we can get the degree of adaptability between urban public transport and the socio-economic, we can find out where there is a lack and what is the improvement direction of development of public transport.
