摘要

This paper provides a new approach emergency plan generating with case-based reasoning (CBR), utilizing knowledge representation methods in artificial intelligence. Based on this approach, we describe the system structure and workflow. Using the object-oriented method, plan cases existed are expressed as a triple-tuple form, including case information, solution information, and result information, and the case similarity computation method is also discussed. The computation and analysis of case similarity prove that the approach is viable, and this approach can offer decision support for the highway tunnel traffic control under emergency.
