Industrial development is a pivotal component of economy development in China. Under the constricting of government policies and global economy development, industry has made a lot of progresses in the past 20 years. To measure the evolution of industrial development in China, a peer comprehensive evaluation method, named TOPSIS, are proposed in this paper. In the view of multiple dimensional systems, we can calculate the evolution tendency by using the history data of industrial development in China. Based on the evolution data, we can see the development tendency of industry in China. Statistic regression analysis is also applied in this paper to forecast the development of industrial enterprises in future. Based on the calculation results of evolutional analysis and forecasting, we can draw corresponding constructive conclusions for optimizing industrial enterprises' development.
