Forecasting method and application about the uncertainty of logistics demand based on Scenario Planning

Analyzing the uncertainty of logistics demand, applied scenario planning theory, through looking for key variables of logistics requirements, constructed scenario states of logistics demand, combined with some logistics demand forecasting methods,constructed a set of appropriate method system of logistics demand prediction, and applied to the case to analyze.
