We introduce and study a new class of completely generalized set-valued nonlinear quasi-variational inclusions in Banach spaces. By using the technique of resolvent operator we give an algorithm and the proof of resistence of the solution. We prove that the sequences generated by the algorithm are convergent. Our results improve and extend the models and the corresponding results due to Zeqing Liu, Adly, Huang, Noor, Zhang.
