The physical basics and construction of the accumulative plasma-condensate systems (APCS), in which there is a dissipative self-organization of critically low steady-state supersaturation, have been set out. On the example of Ti, Al, Cr, Cu, and C quasi-equilibrium condensation we determined formation mechanisms of low-dimensional 3D-systems. The interdependence of conservative and dissipative self-organizations, as a basis for fabrication of condensates with different architectures, is revealed.
