摘要

The ways of model insertion losses in conductors and substrates of planar microwave structures in electromagnetic simulation program based on the vector finite element method are studied. Analysis of the data showed that for improving the accuracy of losses simulation it is necessary to simulate a planar line as a three-dimensional object from a dielectric medium with high conductivity.
