Design of National Antarctic Data Center internet-portal on the base of ontology

摘要

This paper presents a method of an Internet knowledge portal design in the field of Antarctic research. As a portal's information model ontology is used, it serves to represent the concepts necessary for the understanding of knowledge in the field of Antarctic research, and for running in the framework of its data.
