In order to construct 2D-TLC bioautography combining PyricuLaria oryza P-2b for fast screening antineoplastic active components,sensitivity of the bioautography to Cisplatin, Fluorouracil, Etoposide , Doxorubicin Hydrochloride and Vinblastina was detected, antineoplastic active components of the Endophytes crude extract were screened by the bioautography and validated by MTT assay method to Hepg2 and A549.The Result showed the bioautography was sensitive to the six antitumor drugs and was identical between P.oryza P-2b TLC bioautography and MTT assay method. The method of 2D-TLC bioautography combining P. Oryzae P-2b was established to quickly screen anti-tumor activity, so as to exploit its application area.
机译:为了构建结合稻瘟病菌P-2b的二维TLC生物自显影技术,用于快速筛选抗肿瘤活性成分,检测该生物自显影对顺铂,氟尿嘧啶,依托泊苷,盐酸阿霉素和长春花属的敏感性,并通过内生真菌粗提物筛选抗肿瘤活性成分。结果表明,该生物自显影对六种抗肿瘤药物敏感,与P.oryza P-2b TLC生物自显影和MTT分析方法相同。建立了二维结合米曲霉P-2b的TLC生物自交联方法,以快速筛选抗肿瘤活性,从而开拓其应用领域。
