A study on the Construction Mechanism of the Risk Management Culture of Listed Companies in China

摘要

Risk management culture is the core content of the enterprise culture, and it is a significant part of enterprise-wide risk management system. Risk management culture develops continuously and functions in the listed companies' operation. Through the analysis of the essence and connotation of risk management culture from three level > system , knowledge and spirit , and through the discussions of the internal logic of the risk management culture in listed company, this paper puts forward six aspects of the risk management culture of listed companies including spirit, system, behavior, technology, environment and knowledge,explains the specific methods and relevant measures of the construction of risk management culture.
