Studies on Strategy and layout of Standard System Based on Scientometrics Method

摘要

A new way about scientometrics method used in studying the strategy and layout of standard system is put forward. Firstly, the standard information has been analyzed and then their characters are obtained through CSSN, which becomes the basis of successfully analyzing the standard layout. Secondly, the character information of standards are searched by the intelligence means of scientometrics and literature searching, which is used for J studying the strategy and distribution of standards. Taking solar technology standards of China and Japan as an example, quantity comparing of standards, time distribution, standard products, standards of different technology fields and so on are analyzed. The results show that analyzing the solar standard system through scientometrics method can supply the direction for the national strategy development and for increasing the industry competition.
