Finite elements and circuits

In this paper we discuss the simulation of machines and devicesntogether with the driving circuits. We model the electromagnetic devicenin terms of the governing field equations which are approximated using anfinite element model. The finite element scheme yields a large system ofnequations to which we add additional circuit equations
