The problems of system stability and H2/H_ control are discussed by convert the uncertainty of time delays to the uncertainty of system parameters, and the design of state feedback is developed, which is a good solution of the problem of asymptotic stability of closed-loop system. To guarantee robust stability of the system, transfer function Ywo in the closed system is not in excess of the common upper bound; in a addition, to achieving the better performance of control system token by H, norms, H, norms of transfer functions Two in the closed system is satisfied with certain conditions. A simulation example illustrate the validity of the design method presented above.
