摘要

SPC is applied to the quality control of the course of construction project can change the traditional afterwards check into predictions in advance, so it can enhance and ensure project quality and decrease the cost waste due to inferior quality and rework. This paper combined the attribute of quality in the course of construction project respectively puts up the pre-control figure for the preliminary date is insufficient; the General control charts for the sample size is different; multivariate T~2 control charts for the relevance of the process quality indicators. Also Through comparative analysis method selected 4 control charts suitable for construction project quality control from 8 conventional control charts. Finally, this paper Propose that according to control charts to find out the reason of abnormal factors can not improve the quality of the construction project, only for the different abnormal reasons to take effective measures can truly dynamic achieve the purpose of quality control of the course of construction project.
