Research of E-commerce Application in Intellectual Property Agencies in Beijing

The survey of websites of intellectual property agencies in Beijing is implemented. About 72.8%of the investigated intellectual property agencies in Beijing own their websites. Implementing e-commerce not only enable intellectual property agencies to be more competitive and face market challenges and opportunities, but also set up the corporate image, improve the work efficiency, increase the business volume. This paper analyzes the status quo of e-commerce application comprehensively from the perspective of management model, major columns and function of website, advantage, problems of development. Based on the analysis and current development trend of e-commerce, this paper puts forward with some corresponding strategies and suggestions for intellectual property agencies in Beijing.
