摘要

In the past three decades, Japan and Korean home appliance makers had companied with the biggest enterprises of the world as a typical catching-up model, and now Chinese ones are turning into powerful competitors. By analyzing the growth process of Hisense Group, this paper illustrated the formulating process of unique growth model (Multi-Utilization of Technology Power) of Hisense. By sweeping utilization of intemal and external resources, Hisense achieved a tremendous growth in a short period. As a theoretic contribution this paper jumped from the existed theory frame, integrated internal core competencies within enterprises with external factors from outside administration,and ultimately established a combination analysis framework. At last the paper provided some significant implications not only for Chinese finns, but to other developing countries,that is how to speedy formulated conglomeration and improved their international competitiveness in their initial development stages.
