Nowadays, ideological and political education in colleges subjects to many shocks in the condition of the social transformation, economic globalization, and intense collision of values. The ideological and political educators' role have been changed fundamentally, and the influence of non-power is more significant in the ideological and political work. From the basic elements and characteristics of nonpower influence, ideological and political workers in the college of the non-power influence has a modeloriented role, pro-and cohesion role and appeal and incentive role.
