On Legal Relations and Disputes Settlements During the Administration of College Students

In recent years, with the popularization of higher education and the rapid universities expansion, a series of contradictions and disputes has come out in the process of college student management. A number of disputes have been resolved in court since they cannot be solved effectively inside the university institutions. With the occurrence of such a large number of disputes, the trend of College students over-suing the school are becoming more and more serious, which results in that managers of colleges and universities have to face a lot of legal problems. According to these actual issues, courts are either admissible or inadmissible. Once the court accepted the case, the school lost a great chance. In this paper, the writer analyses the current situation and provides his suggestions in the process of college student management.
