This paper studies the influence of different surface treatment methods ①sand paper burnishing treatment composites joints with X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), infrared spectroscopy (IR), energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDX), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and shear strength tests. XPS and SEM spectra indicate the chemical structural changing disciplinarian of carbon-carbon composites surface treated by different surface treatments. The IR spectra of the adhesive, EDX spectra and shear strength of adhesive/carbon-carbon composites joints indicate that water penetrative speed in adhesive joints treated by silane coupling agent is lower than that treated by sand paper burnishing and by chemical oxidation.
