Nowadays, Chinese cement industry has really entered the transition stage for "environmental protection, energy-conservation, cooperation and development" that the theme of this conference has shown. We believe, during this transition period, development is a thread. Chinese large-scale cement enterprises ought to undertake the mission of history with the view of scientific development to realize environmental protection, energy-conservation in and healthy and sustainable development of cement industry so as to meet the demand of economic development.
