Setting up the Overall Goal in Mind and Carrying on the Daily Tasks in Hands—An Exploring on Architectural Design with Sustenance, Harmony and Scientific Development

In 1998 of the last century, Chinese Disabled Person's Federation made a decision to build a new building complex in Shanghai for the use of Training Base of Sport and Art of Disabled Person. The project site is about 40,000m2, the total built-up area is 23,400m2. Chinese government spent the construction cost about 170,170,000 Yuan RMB on the project.This is the first building in which these functions are provided. And it is a gift which our government presented to the handicaps in China and all over the world.
