This study presents a comparison between different techniquesrnfor computing phased-array transducers acousticalrnfields. This is done by making some computation approximationsrnbut also by testing new data structures which couldrnbring more information with the same number of points.rnApproximations are compared to direct equations implementationsrnin order to evaluate their precision and time saving.rnThis is a first step in modeling thermal dose simulationrnin order to have a better understanding on how energyrnis deposited in tissues.
