摘要

The fast FE analysis system FASTMP for sheet-metal stamping developed on commercialization level, is a assistance analytical tool, which can be used to select material and to point out the design de fect at design stage. And at processing stage, the system can also offer a processing design reference idea and help the processing engineer to choose a suitable stamping material. With the useful tool, the engineers can cooperate with each other close at the designing, selecting material and processing designing three stages. The solver of the system based on improved inverse approach has high computing speed and accuracy. In its pre-processing system, there are many practical operational functions of node, line and element, a CAD interface with many data types and a high quality auto surface mesher. More, a open material library with almost 40 common material data in both here and abroad.
