摘要

This article mainly discuss about the problem of module precision processing by the magnetic abrasive finishing. On the basis of simply introducing the magnetic abrasive finishing principle, we focus our study on the related key techniques of this technology in module cavity precision processing, such as profile modeling of cavity surface, process code making, how to keep magnetic pole movement consistent with workpiece contour line , factors which influence the precision and efficiency of processing, etc. In the whole processing technology, workpiece can be fixed only once, and the whole processing can be realized, without using three-coordinate measuring apparatus and good-sized software(such as UG, Pro-E), so the technology is at very small cost ,the precision of its workpieces can be easily guaranteed. It also be proved by the experiment, and getting a very good result. It will have a very good prospect for application.
