摘要

The wide-band direction finding is one of hot and difficult problems in radar signal processing. This paper proposes a novel wide-band direction finding algorithm. Noiseless covariance matrices at all frequency bins are transformed to noiseless covariance matrix at focusing frequency, then sub-space method is utilized to attain DOA (direction of arrival) estimation. Compared with traditional wideband signal sub-space direction finding algorithms, the proposed algorithm does not need pre-estimate of DOA, and then eliminates the effect of pre-estimate error on final estimate result. Simulation results prove efficacy of the algorithm.
