摘要

The conical equiangular-spiral antenna (CESA) has several desirable features, such as uniform input impedance and gain over a wide frequency range. All of the models of the CESA in the formers' researches have a small half angle of the cone, this will increase the vertical height of the antenna. In this paper, the CESA with a bigger half angle is investigated. The results from the simulation and the measurement are presented. It shows that not only the performances of the CESA are well satisfied, but also its height is extremely decreased.
