摘要

The adsorption of methanol vapour on microporous carbons derived from the carbonization of coconut shell and activated inrnsteam at 1123K has been studied. The adsorption and desorption of methanol on the activated carbons were investigated in arnstatic mode over the relative pressure range 0-0,96 as well as in continuous flow conditions at temperatures close to ambient.rnIn these experiments the process of methanol adsorption/desorption was investigated by both determination of the kinetic andrnequilibrium experimental data. A comparison between the two acquisition modes was made.
