PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an undergarment, a brassiere, a necktie or an artificial flower intended for solving such problems that many of conventional pantyhose and clothes each applied with a microcapsule have bad wash fastness and sustain a perfume material (perfume) for a short period and it is difficult to apply to a continuous use product.;SOLUTION: The undergarment, the brassiere, the necktie, or the artificial flower is attached with a perfume material volatilizing from a microcapsule by adsorption and desorption action or molecular sieving action which activated carbon and activated carbon fiber have through using a phenomenon that a carbon-based adsorbent such as activated carbon, activated carbon fiber and molecular sieving fibrous activated carbon is molecular-sieved, and covering with a nonwoven fabric and a film and binding the microcapsule with a resin adhesive or a high polymer binder. The perfume material of the undergarment, the brassiere, the necktie, or the artificial flower is free from coming off even put in water and sustains at least for half a year of the extent of the life length of activated carbon, molecular sieving carbon, activated carbon fiber and fibrous activated carbon.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
