Verifying Changes to STEP AP210 for IPEM Modeling

The STEP AP210 standard has been modified to support modeling of the embedded bare-die structure in IPEM. This paper presents a test case for verifying if the revised STEP AP210 supports the IPEM modeling requirements with respect to such structures. In this test case, an IPEM primitive model was described using the application reference model defined in STEP AP210 WD16. Several application objects in the AP210 information model have been further revised based on the feedback from this activity.
